Lem has spent his career helping businesses grow as an operator, entrepreneur and investor. He has led commerce and sales divisions at public companies, such as Yahoo, Knight Ridder and Angie’s List and has led the development of recruitment businesses for both Careerbuilder and HotJobs.
As General Manager for Yahoo’s Small Business, Lem helped millions of small businesses grow their ecommerce businesses. As head of acquisition sales at Angie’s List, Lem led sales teams of 600 people dedicated to helping SMBs.
Lem began his career as a journalist, working at The Philadelphia Inquirer and Asahi newspaper in Japan. He is a graduate of George Washington and Columbia Universities.
Rajiv has been a leader in developing and reimagining the digital media and marketplaces industries. He’s led the product and technology businesses at several of the world’s leading publications, including the NY Times, Hearst and The Wall Street Journal.
Rajiv served as Chief Product & Technology Officer at Hearst Magazines and was Chief Technology Officer at The New York Times Co. He has also been honored by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader.
